by Jérôme Karsenti
Jérôme Karsenti, artist, painter, poet. Grew up in Nice, studied in Marseilles and Paris, earned a degree in architecture from the Ecole d’architecture de la Villette, Paris.
Since 1995 he has dedicated himself entirely to his painting and writing, with his works being exhibited extensively in Paris. Most recently he has had various exhibits in Berlin where he has been living since 2009. In addition he founded Hand Art Publisher in 2012.
His research leads him to reflect on the idea of simplicity within the arts and architecture, following the idea of “less is more”, the point at which concentration transforms into exuberance, architecture,...- converge through the prism of poetry.
